Craig has worked diligently to overhaul the Vendor Statement reconciliation process, making the overall process 90% faster. Craig has piloted this with UK AP colleagues and is ready to roll it out Globally. Craig has worked with a number of colleagues, taking on board feedback and adapting the process to reflect that, to make the form work for everyone. Craig has taken total ownership of this process and has made sure the new way of working is right for everyone, not just himself.

Julie has taken ownership of a PPAP project, requiring the recertification of over 100 parts. The project had ambiguous ownership, not necessarily sitting directly within the Supply Chain function. Julie took accountability for this without complaint and worked with multiple teams to ensure no risk to our customers' supply chains.
